What the Rosina Andrews day includes for both Juniors and Seniors:
Juniors : Ages 9+
Seniors : Ages 13+
£10 deposit required and further £15 to be paid on the day.
Dancer Conditioning session with Samuel Downing
Technique with focus on leaps with Rosina
- With extensive experience and qualifications in different methods of attaining optimum results, this class helps students perfect the tricks they all desire. The technique focus classes practise drills and coaching exercises that can optimise their elevation alongside leap surgery techniques. Focus is paid to safe stretch techniques after the conditioning warm up.
Pirouette Surgery with Rosina
-A class to perfect the science of turning. Simple drills and strengthening exercises will be set for the whole class whilst 1:1 technical help will be offered for dancers to perfect those multiple turns.
